Hi David, once again my sincere apologies for the glue coming off the boots. We receive very few Scarpa warranty issues, but unfortunately on this occasion something appears to have occurred with the glue. We have emailed through instructions on how to return the boots for a full refund. As indicated in the email I sent to you, this is a freepost service and it does not cost you anything. Can you please check your spam/junk folder of your emails as we have sent you through the paperwork via email. I have tried contacting you by phone but it keeps going to your message bank.
Very happy with my Osprey Eja pack. Will put it to the test in a few weeks on the 7 day Grampian Peaks Trail. Good quality pack.
Nemo are the most comfortable sleeping pads, and this one is also fairly light, great for my summer trips!
Excellent quality back pack and speedy delivery from the company, very responsive communication. Highly recommended
Bought for bike commuting, really streamlined and minimalist pack. Great features like padded laptop sleeve, separate compartment for shoes, rain cover and all the usual features you would expect from a great product by osprey. Item as described, good cons and quick despatch from Seven Horizons - would recommend the pack and the shop.
Loved the frame of the Pack. Found the width quite narrow and filled up quickly. Top pockets are excellent. The side zips should be handy, but found I pulled from the top and generally unpacked rather than used the side zips.
Only good experiences with Seven Horizons, a quality range of products, good pricing and seamless purchase and delivery process. I finally gave in and got a Jetboil Stash. Its intrinsic light weight and fuel saving make it No 1 for longer multi-day trips.
Like with most Osprey packs I've tried on, the build is solid and the materials are excellent. However, the cushioning on the hip belt is virtually none and especially towards the edges where it feels sharp that it digs into my hips. If you're particularly bony or have wide hips compared to your waist, this causes rubbing, chaffing and sore spots very easily. I usually have to place a sock between my hips and belt to make it more comfortable but I wish Osprey would add more padding all around the edges so that it fits more snug and padded comfort, especially for packs larger than 55L, you're going to be carrying 17kg+ so it'd squash any light padding down to nothing on the first go.
There are a bit too many straps that I'd like to be able to remove such as the inner compartment flap, and the top lid compartment is a bit tight when the pack is full. It'd be good to also have removable hip pockets as I rarely use them.
Seven Horizons were great to use and delivery was excellent.
I heavily vouch for this awesome visor with its split brim…a definite must have product!
