Returns Policy


Seven Horizons is happy to exchange, provide credit, or refund items* (less postal charges, bank charges, and Zip commissions if applicable) for items in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from the date of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with swing tags so that the goods can be resold. Refund requests for orders sent with 'FREE SHIPPING' will have the original shipping charges (that you were not charged) deducted from the refunded total - this does not apply to returns for exchanges or credit notes. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error. For all other returns please mail the item back to us. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Freight charges incurred to us will be applied to all refunds where instore credit or exchanges is not requested.

*We are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases or climbing hardwear unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Please note, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if; you do not have proof of purchase from Seven Horizons, the goods have been used or tested, the goods have been damaged after you purchased them, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.

Please contact us first to register your return at When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return, and, if you would like to make an exchange, please include the details of the new items you would like.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you paid for your purchase using PayPal and request a refund, a PayPal refund fee will apply. Freight charges incurred to us  will be deducted from the original purchase price.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Seven Horizons, PO Box 5240 Daisy Hill LPO, DAISY HILL Queensland Australia 4127. Please contact us first before posting your item. You may wish to take out extra cover for loss or damage to your package as cover for loss or damage is not included in the postage price.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Special Order Items
Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Warranty claims
Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims as the goods have been used. Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.

Please inspect your product within 14 days of receiving it to check for any defects even if you are not planning on using the item straight away so we can immediately exchange the item as a replacement and not a warranty claim.

We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a Seven Horizons warranty. If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect upon receiving it, your postage will be refunded.

Re: ACCC Warranties Against Defect

Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage within a reasonable time frame from purchase. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced at our choice if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
